  1. Where can I buy SGG FEELING glass tiles?
    Select  “Find a Distributor” heading on the above menu .
  2. Can SGG FEELING be fixed behind a hob?
    YES, the tiles are resistant to high temperatures. A distance of 10 cm between the heat source the tiles is sufficient.
  3. Can SGG FEELING be used in shower applications?
    YES
  4. Can tiling SGG FEELING be used on the floor?
    NO, it is strongly discouraged, particularly so for bathroom applications; SGGFEELING is not slip-resistant. The manufacturer accepts no liability if the product is used for floor applications.
  5. Can SGG FEELING be used for swimming pool applications?
    NO, the chemicals used for water purification can damage the lacquer on the reverse of the tiles.
  6. Can the adhesive been seen through SGGFEELING?
    NO, the tiles are completely opaque.
  7. Does glass scratch easily?
    NO, not any more so than ordinary ceramic tiles.
  8. Is this there a high risk of breakage?
    NO, not any more so than ordinary ceramic tiles.
  9. Are SGG FEELING glass tiles installed as simply as ordinary ceramic tiles?
    YES, the principle is the same but it is important to use the correct tools, particularly when drilling and doing more complex cuts (use drill bits and diamond blades which are designed for glass and tools which have integrated water cooling). For straight cuts, an ordinary manual tile-cutter is sufficient.
  10. On which face should SGG FEELING tiles be cut?
    Always cut the tiles on the glass face when using a manual tile cutter. When using an automatic cutter, the optimum face for cutting is dependant on the direction of the blades rotation.
  11. Can drilling be carried out after fixing?
    YES, drilling can be done either before or after fixing provided the correct tools and water cooling is used.
  12. What are the tiles fixed to the wall with?
    Please see the recommended adhesives listed in our “Installation” section.
  13. Are joints between the tiles necessary?
    YES, like ordinary tiling: a minimum of 2mm and a maximum as determined by the grout manufacturer.
  14. How do you clean and maintain SGG FEELING tiles?
    Use standard household cleaning products, in particular, products designed for cleaning glass
